My first videoclip

I was asked to come up with a concept for a videoclip for an unknown Dutch rapper who didn't had a budget for such a project. Because making a videoclip was on the top of my to do list I was happy to say yes. For free of course...


After listening to the lyrics a dozen times I slowly started to visualize the clip. I wanted it to be a bit spooky and grimy. The metaphores used, such as the costume, the kid, the puppet theatre and the locations speak for itself (at least I hope so).


I directed and edited the clip as well and I had great fun doing it.
